In His Image
This chant was written for a Sunday school group where the theme was - God created people. (Genesis 1). The children joined in the refrain in red. Leader: One Genesis day, began this way- Chorus: God spoke. God spoke. God spoke! With all He'd formed, now in view, God made, people too. All in His image, brand new! Now God's nature displayed, In the humans he'd made. Rule the land. Rule the sky. Rule the sea. Men and women - to know All of earth- God's show. Blessed, breathing-beings, So! It was good!
